Shipping & Timescales
Our pieces are exclusive originals, available in our first limited drop hand-finished to order. Every item is quality-checked before it leaves us — so good things take a little time.
Production & Processing
Please allow 7–15 working days for production, embellishment, and quality checks prior to dispatch. Each piece is hand-finished to order and inspected before it leaves us.
UK Tracked Delivery
Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Turnaround
From order date to delivery, please allow 10–15 working days in total. We'll always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
