Returns Policy
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help — just make sure you read the conditions below before sending anything back.
Return Window
You have 14 days from your delivery date to request a return or exchange. Requests made outside this window cannot be accepted.
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Rhinestone pieces must be free of makeup, fake tan, perfume, or missing stones. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returns Postage
The customer is responsible for return postage (tracked service recommended).
